How do I configure my Pelotonics account to talk with my Evernote account?
You can Authorize Pelotonics to access your Evernote account from the contacts page, the authorization will last for 365 days. Once you are on the Contact tab (either from a Project or from the Dashboard), do the following:
1. Find your profile and click on the "Edit" link.

2. Click the "Evernote Settings" link right under the Dashboard tab.

3. Fill in your Evernote Username and Password in the Evernote Settings modal (This screen may not appear if you are already logged into the Evernote Application).

4. Authorize Pelotonics to access your Evernote Account by pressing the "Authorize" button.

5. If you Authorized Pelotonics to access you Evernote account and your credentials are accepted, you will get this message:

6. Once you see this message, you will notice that you now have an Evernote tab located on the Dashboard Level. Clicking on that tab will bring all of your notes over from Evernote and give you the opportunity to incorporate notes you choose into Pelotonics as Messages, Tasks, or File uploads!

Once you get your system configured to talk with Evernote, it is easy to add a note from Evernote into Pelotonics. Here are the steps:
1. Clicking on the Evernote tab will show you all of your notebooks and notes. SPECIAL NOTE: when we first pull over the data from Evernote, we will only pull over the first 10 notes for each notebook. We do this to minimize the load time. If you want to view all of your notes in one Notebook, click on the "View This Notebook Only" link under each Notebook header.

2. Now that you can see your notes, you will notice a grey plus icon to the left of each note. Clicking on that icon will bring up a modal that will walk you through the process of adding that note into the pelotonics system.

3. From here, choose what you would like to create from this note. A Task, Message or File. Once you decide that, you can choose which project to associate it to and other specifics. Once you are finished completing this modal, click the "Save" button.
4. After you save the item, that note within Pelotonics will be come a link to the item that you just created. If you enter an item multiple times, the link will reflect your last added Task, Message or File.

| Viewing Notebooks | Back to Top |
The main view on the Pelotonics Evernote tab displays each notebook in your Evernote account with the fist 10 notes. We decided to pull that limited amount of information over to minimize load time. If you want to see all your notes in any given notebook, click the "View This Notebook Only" link.
You can also filter your notes by using the filter in the left sidebar. Click on the tags that you would like to filter by and the changes will be reflected in the main panel.

Searching is easy. Enter your search term in the left hand side panel and press the "Search" button.

Please note that if you have filtered by a certain tag, that the search will only search within that current filter. To search ALL of your notes, make sure that you click on either the Evernote tab or the "All Notebooks" link under the "Reports" tab seen below.

Tags are great to filter through your notes; especially if you have a large number of them. You can create tags within Evernote and we display those tags for you in the left hand side bar. When you choose a certain tag, your notes will filter to only show those notes associated with that tag. Use tags to help you keep things strait and organize your notes for your convenience.
