
When you manage a Project, you can usually break down each component of the Project into individual Milestones and Tasks that people need to complete. Pelotonics makes that easy for you, giving you full Task management with the To-Do List and Milestone features.
The Pelotonics Task tracking software starts at the planning stage, with your ability to create Templates for common Tasks that you have to complete for similar projects. Inside each Project you can choose from To-Do List Templates or create a new To-Do List. Then you can spell out each To-Do List and give each Task an owner and a deadline.

The Pelotonics system allows great flexibility and customization when it comes to assigning Tasks. The To-Do List area allows users and administrators to apply To-Do List Templates, prioritize existing Tasks, plus assign deadlines to Tasks.
Again with the flexibility of the Pelotonics system, you can filter by responsible party, seeing at a glance where individual users are in terms of their deliverables. You can also see Tasks that you have assigned. At a glance you can also see current To-Do Lists and completed To-Do Lists.
Pelotonics also updates you when Tasks are completed with emails directly from the system.
