Having a central repository for all files simplifies your life. No more running around trying to find attachments to emails that were sent to one or two people. Everyone on the project can see all the relevant documents at the same time in the project portal.
The Files section also has Privacy features that will allow you to upload files that can be viewed by only those individuals you specify in the notifications dialogue.

The Pelotonics system and the easy to use online collaboration tools organize all files related to your projects, giving you the added benefit of an indexed library of your critical project documents. If the file was added with a Message, both the original Message itself and the Message Category are added to the record.
